Description: Our top financial client is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Processors with the following qualifications for a 6 month Temp - possible Permanent assignment. The hours are 8 hours per day 40 hours per week, possible overtime, Monday through Friday.
The responsibilities of this position include the following:
- Conventional Loan Processing
- Makes the decision on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits typically one-unit properties
- Verifies customer income documentation
- Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances; processes subordinations
- Resolves appraisal disputes; executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process
- Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc.

| Requirements: VA and FHA loan processing experience is a plus. Qualification for this position requires at least 1 year of Loan Processing experience (within the last 6-12 months). A conventional Loan processing background is required.
