Description: This person promotes and delivers a full range of financial products and services, advises and assists members with accounts, loans and vendor products and services via telephone, mail and email.
Process basic member requests received via incoming calls such as:
- Information about credit union products, services, accounts and rate information
- Balance inquiries
- Loan questions and information
- Account research
- Process account transfer
- Accept wire transfer and western union requests and forwards to appropriate personnel for processing
- Process check orders
- Perform Account file maintenance.
Process basic incoming mail requests such as:
- Deposits
- Loan payments
- Withdrawal requests
- Account information changes
