| Requirements: The candidate must have 5 years of inpatient coding experience and be familiar with the DRG. Candidates must possess either a RHIT, RHIA or CCS credential. Candidates with lead coder experience and/or RAC auditing experience will receive first interviews. 3 years of experience is the absolute minimal amount of experience is required. The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of experience.
