Description: Kforce is seeking candidates with experience cleansing oil field parts data to work on our client's Master Data Management project. The data needs to be cleansed and entered into the client's parts inventory application. Accuracy is essential. This will be a 6 to 8 month contract. Our client is located on the west side off of the Sam Houston Parkway.
Description of work:
- Under minimal supervision, this person will provide cataloging, database entry and document and database clean-up utilizing database software
- Perform quality control and data management skills for all types of item master data. The quality and integrity of cataloguing and database creation is extremely important in this position
General Job Duties:
- Research, organize and identify incoming data
- Edit databases
- Gather data from technical documentation
- Assist the work group
- Respond in a timely manner meeting deadlines and schedules
- Scanning documents and prepare data for storage

Requirements: Requirements Include:
- Experienced in reading oil field tools and parts diagrams
- Experienced in data cleansing
- An understanding of basic math for numerical data conversion: fractions, percentages, decimals or division
- Able and interested in sitting at a computer entering data for long periods at a time
- Ability to work on the west side of Houston from 8:00am to 5:00pm
