Description: We have an excellent opportunity for a Controller to direct the financial close for roughly 6 affiliates.
The Controller's responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial analyses of operations for the guidance of management
- Accounting and financial reporting for all affiliates
- Preparation of reconciliations, reporting and analysis
- Oversight and review of affiliates' accountants
- Financial, tax, and regulatory reporting of fiscal matters
- Ensuring compliance with System policies and generally accepted accounting principles

Requirements: Accounting Management Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
- CPA
- Four to six years of accounting experience; preferably in nonprofit or higher education environment
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and budgeting principles
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Experience with regulatory filings
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
