Description: The Professional Services Project Manager is a hands-on role responsible for planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment of customer-specific configurations. The Project Manager will own multiple customer implementation projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Client account management; interface and expectation management, reporting, ongoing services assessment, coordination, and delivery
- Project management; planning and scoping, budget and staff management, reporting, and issue management
- Solution configuration and implementation; design, configuration, test, and production support and coordination to ensure successful deployment of customer applications

| Requirements: We hope to see a PMI certification or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of industry experience in implementation of business applications, business process automation or workflow, web-based or client-server or RDBMS related applications. 2 years of your background should be working directly with customers in analysis, development, and delivery. Packaged application consulting experience also is a plus. A BSCS or similar degree and technical competency in hands-on application development is required; including experience in web site or application configuration, programming (VB and JavaScript, C/C++, Java, ActiveX Windows), and database technologies.
