| Description: Our client, located in the Boulder area, is currently looking for a Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Key responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing financial information for SEC Filings, preparing MD&A and footnotes, and assisting in the development of financial reporting policies and procedures. This individual will be responsible for the research of technical pronouncements (EITF 00-12, FAS 123R, FAS 141 etc.) and they will assist with the eventual implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

| Requirements: Applicants that will be considered must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a SEC reporting role, a CPA and at least 3 years in public accounting experience where they serviced Fortune 500 SEC clients. It is preferable that a candidate have blended experience with public accounting and industry experience but our client will consider hiring directly out of public. Candidates should be self starters with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
