| Description: Kforce is looking for 2 Senior Level Business Intelligence Consultants to help with the Shadow IT Organization in the development, maintenance, and education of best practices for a base layer of code. This role will be the combination of mentoring and development. This is basically a combination of BA / BI. Our client has a co-development model and the big initiative is the standardization of the Development Teams throughout the company of consistent platforms wherever possible. Our client practices the "Inman" methodology versus the Kimball technique; therefore, they believe in creating a standard layer of code through much smaller tables; making a "base layer," then a "package layer" where development and customization can be done.

Requirements: Our client needs senior-level talent. This is a 6 month assignment with potential and likelihood to extend well past a year!
This person needs the following experience:
- Many years of expertise with BI Toolsets
- Ability to build Analysis Cubes / Dimensional Modeling
- SQL expertise
- Integration Services
- Data Warehouse experience
- Reporting and analysis experience
- Mentoring and presenting skills (the ability to break down a process and explain the benefits of standardization)
