Description: Our client is seeking a SharePoint Developer for a permanent position. This person must have extensive experience with SharePoint, having built solutions out of the box.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support change management and publishing internet content
- Maintain and provide ongoing design of the intranet
- Help create and adhere to the websites creative vision/standards
- Ensure consistency and quality in all creative design directions
- Perform regular site/link maintenance checks and update content on the portal
- Research and recommend changes to websites
- Gather requirements and lead meetings for new projects
- Use spreadsheet, database, word processing, or financial software to enter, edit, or retrieve data
- Analyze software problems/develop original programs
- Assist in web metrics tracking/analysis
- Program management support and tracking for various team and cross departmental projects

Requirements: The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for developing intranet websites
- Knowledge and experience relevant to basic to intermediate usability standards for websites and internet advertising, as it applies to programming for the website
- 1-3 years of experience with SharePoint 2007
- 1-3 years of experience with SharePoint Designer
- 3-5 years of experience with C#
- 3-5 years of experience with HTML
- 3-5 years of experience with CSS
- 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript
- 3-5 years of experience with VBScript
- 3-5 years of experience with XML
- 1-3 years of experience with XSLT
- 3-5 years of experience creating web projects in Visual Studio
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL Server
- 3-5 years of experience creating and maintaining websites in IIS
- Experience creating custom SharePoint web parts
- Experience creating custom SharePoint workflows
- Experience creating InfoPath forms connected to SharePoint lists
