Description: Our client is seeking an e-Services Reengineering Contract-to-Hire Business Analyst. This contract is for 3 months.
BA responsibilities include the following:
- Requirements gathering and management
- Use case development / maintenance
- System analysis
- Drive SDLC deliverables
- Lead a BA Team
- Work closely with the Lead Architect and Developers
- Cross team communication / coordination
- Project scheduling

Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an IT discipline
- At least 10 years of professional experience in IT reflecting growing responsibility
- Enterprise class application work experience
- Use Case development
- GUI design
- Work Flow
- Business Process definition and improvement
- OOAD experience
- Rational Suite tools
- Productivity tools including VISIO, MS Project, and PowerPoint
- RUP/UML
- UAT and System testing experience is required
- Web Application Analysis experience
- Experienced Team Lead
- Solid development experience in OO Design
- Rational Rose
- Rational ReqPro
- Rational ClearQuest
- Productivity tools including VISIO, MS Project, and PowerPoint
- Microsoft Office
- Working directly with the Developers and clients for deployments and issue resolution
Other Skills desired, but not required:
- Civilian Government experience
