Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
David Dunkel serves as Kforce's Chairman and CEO. Mr. Dunkel has been associated with Kforce for most of his professional career and has been at the helm of the Firm for more than 30 years. Previously, Mr. Dunkel worked as an accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, formerly Coopers & Lybrand, Boston. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in accounting and an MBA in finance, both from Babson College.
Joseph Liberatore serves as Kforce's President. Mr. Liberatore joined Kforce in 1988, and served as Chief Financial Officer before being named President in 2012. He was named Florida Personnel Consultant Rookie of the Year in 1989. In June 1999, he served as president of Kforce Interactive. As president of the interactive division, Mr. Liberatore was tasked with leading the transformation of the Kforce business model by blending and leveraging the competitive advantages of traditional staffing methodologies and emerging Web-based technologies.
Mr. Liberatore has twice been the recipient of Kforce's Dick Maddock award. The award is given to the employee who best embodies the "spirit of Kforce" and exemplifies the company's core values of respect, trust and integrity. Prior to joining Kforce, he worked as a sales manager for Harris/Lanier, a Tampa-based telecommunications firm. He is a 1985 graduate of Oswego State University in New York.
Chief Financial Officer & Secretary
David Kelly serves as Kforce's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kelly is responsible for Kforce's finance, accounting, treasury, legal, tax and insurance functions.
Mr. Kelly joined Kforce in 2000 as group finance officer for the technology solutions practice. Prior to that, he held positions at companies that included Selkirk Financial Technologies and Komatsu America Corporation, where he served as treasury director and vice president, controller of the operating companies. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in finance, he received an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Chief Operations Officer
Kye Mitchell serves as Kforce's Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Mitchell is responsible for establishing and executing Kforce’s overall strategy to deliver exceptional Technology and Finance & Accounting resources for clients. She leads all sales and delivery teams to deliver value-added solutions that ensure successful partnerships.
Ms. Mitchell joined Kforce in 2005 through the acquisition of VistaRMS. She was President of VistaRMS which was a national IT consulting firm with a strong presence in the federal, financial and telecommunications industries. She was one of the founders of VistaRMS leading it to Inc. Magazine's #2 Fastest Growing Private Company in 2001. Ms. Mitchell has been in the industry since 1991 working for DMR Trecom prior to VistaRMS. She is a graduate of Penn State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Michael Blackman serves as Kforce's Chief Corporate Development Officer. Mr. Blackman joined Kforce in 1992 and is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. As CCDO, he serves as the primary focal point for the Firm with the Wall Street investment and banking communities, as well as playing a key role in aligning the Firm with the ever changing dynamics of the skilled labor markets. He is regularly sought out by a number of leading economists for his perspectives on the economy and labor markets and he contributes to several well-known economic reports.
Previously at Kforce, Mr. Blackman served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Director of Selection and as a Senior Consultant in the Health & Life Sciences division. While there, he attained membership in the Firm's exclusive President's Club in recognition of superior performance and client service. Mr. Blackman was awarded the Firm's prestigious Chairman's Award in 2010.
Before joining the Firm in January 1992, Mr. Blackman was a sole practitioner and also served with a regional, boutique, retained search firm. He acquired his initial staffing industry experience with Barton Sans International, New York, where he worked with an internationally renowned clientele across a diverse industry spectrum. Mr. Blackman is a graduate of Johnson College.
Chief Performance, Legal and Risk Officer & Assistant Secretary
Robert Edmund serves as Kforce's Chief Performance, Legal and Risk Officer & Assistant Secretary. Mr. Edmund joined the Firm in February 2014, responsible for managing the legal, compliance and human resources teams. He previously served as Vice President of Business Legal Operations at PetSmart, and also was a partner in a large Midwestern law firm.
Throughout his career, Mr. Edmund has been active in the community, volunteering for organizations focused on reforming education policy, serving the mental and physical health needs for children and young adults, and promoting economic development. He currently serves on the Tampa Metro YMCA Board of Directors. Mr. Edmund is a graduate of the Ohio State University and Harvard Law School.
Chief Information Officer
Denis Edwards serves as Kforce's Chief Information Officer. Mr. Edwards joined Kforce in October 2014. Prior to Kforce, he was Executive Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for Edelman, the world’s largest Digital PR & Marketing Communications firm. Mr. Edwards also held the role of Global CIO for ManpowerGroup and has held senior IT leadership roles at Marriott, PwC and KPMG. He has been consistently recognized for innovation in IT delivery by Information Week, Computer World, Forbes Magazine and ExecRank.
In addition to his corporate duties, Mr. Edwards is an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University and supports several charity organizations including Guitars for Vets, the Humane Society of the United States, Best Buddies and Make a Wish Foundation.
Mr. Edwards holds a Master of Science in Information Technology degree from Concordia University, a Master of Science Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University (and is a Six Sigma Black Belt) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated with honors.
Chief of Staff
Douglas Rich serves as Chief of Staff. Mr. Rich has responsibility for Kforce’s Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO). His team is focused on the framework to capture and position execution of the Firm’s strategic vision and supporting strategies.
Mr. Rich has over 18 years of experience with Kforce, including prior management positions with overall responsibility for Human Resources to include employee benefits, payroll, communications, internal staffing, training, facilities & logistics, real estate, procurement and license management.
Prior to joining Kforce, Mr. Rich spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer. He earned a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University and an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix.
Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President, Leader Development
Howard Sutter serves as Kforce's Vice Chairman and Senior Vice President, Leader Development. Since joining Kforce in 1982, Mr. Sutter has had various roles within the company and serves on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Sutter's prior experience includes three years as Vice President and Controller of a regional airline and six years as an Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Field Services Officer
Andrew Thomas serves as Kforce's Chief Field Services Officer. Mr. Thomas is responsible for Communications, Digital Strategy, Proposal Services, Sales Enablement and Training & Development. He is focused on providing a “super-service” designed to drive revenue growth through delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience. Previously, Mr. Thomas served as the Executive Director of Kforce’s Finance & Accounting product offering where he oversaw strategy, operating model and critical activities.
Mr. Thomas plays a significant role in the firm’s sales strategy, performance management and training efforts, having served on the Kforce Executive Committee for the past twelve years. He joined Kforce in 1997 after over eight years with AccountPros, Inc. where he started his career and attained the role of Regional Director.
A graduate of Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts, Mr. Thomas is an expert on sales and training methodology and an accomplished speaker on the topic of maximizing performance.
Chief Global Talent Solutions Officer
Manish Mohan serves as Kforce's Chief Global Talent Solutions Officer. Mr. Mohan joined Kforce in 2000 and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He is responsible for Kforce's Global Talent and Client Solutions functions.
Mr. Mohan has over 25 years of experience in strategy, sales and operations at Kforce, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Bank of America. Since joining Kforce in 2000, he has led many initiatives including the inception of the Global Talent Solutions team in 2009. While at Kforce, his team has been recognized multiple times with Team of the Year awards. A graduate of BITS Pilani with a Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Engineering, he received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Region President, West
David Bair serves as one of Kforce's Region Presidents. Mr. Bair joined Kforce in 2003 as National Vice President for the National Champions team where he was responsible for the development of client services and consultant recruiting strategies and execution. In 2012, he was promoted to Executive Director for Technology staffing services and solutions.
Mr. Bair has more than 23 years of experience in technology and professional staffing and solution services. He’s developed his expertise executing as a field producer, director and senior field leader with many awards for top production. Mr. Bair graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Vertical Strategy President
Mary Lynn Benners serves as Kforce's Vertical Strategy President. Ms. Benners is responsible for Kforce’s vertical practices including; healthcare, technology, financial services, entertainment and communications.
Ms. Benners joined Kforce in 2015 as Senior Vice President of MSP Sales & Strategies. Prior to joining Kforce she worked with a global supplier of workforce solutions running their financial services vertical. She brings with her a long history of working with national and international enterprise level accounts. Ms. Benners began her career with a distributor of electronic components, working with government contractors and exporters out of the New York markets. She is a graduate of Briarcliff Business College in New York.
Region President, East
John Megally serves as one of Kforce's Region Presidents. Mr. Megally is responsible for the DC metro area, central and south Florida, Atlanta, and central Texas. He has more than 17 years of experience at Kforce and has held previous roles within the Firm, such as Technology Account Manager, Technology Market Manager, South Florida Market Director and South Florida Market President.
He specializes in talent identification and acquisition, developing strategic operating models to drive revenue and retention, building long-term business relationships and social networking. He regularly attends leadership and networking conferences to continue learning best practices.
Over the years, the Southeast Region has been recognized with numerous awards, including large and small markets of the year, the prestigious Albert M. Dunkel award, and Mr. Megally was named one of the 40 Under 40 Top Business Professionals in South Florida.
Mr. Megally is also an active board member for Children’s Harbor, Inc. He graduated from George Mason University in Virginia with a Bachelors of Science degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems.
Region President, Central
Virgil Palumbo serves as one of Kforce's Region Presidents. Mr. Palumbo joined Kforce in 1999 after serving seven years as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer.
Throughout the past 17 years at Kforce, he has held a variety of positions, from the desk level to his current role. Initially, Mr. Palumbo started the healthcare division in Pittsburgh. After transferring from the healthcare division, he was the inaugural member of the Executive Development Program, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Kforce Government Solutions. Upon completion of the program, Mr. Palumbo assumed the role as Market Director for the Pittsburgh region where he then worked through the ranks to his current role as Region President.
Mr. Palumbo’s teams have won several market of the year awards, numerous team awards and he was honored with the Dick Maddock award for leadership. A native of Windber, Pennsylvania, Mr. Palumbo is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Jeffrey Hackman serves as Kforce's Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Mr. Hackman is responsible for overseeing Kforce's finance, accounting, SEC reporting, tax, treasury, procurement, real estate and client services (time capture, billing, AR and cash applications) functions. Prior to rejoining Kforce in March 2015, he served as the Global Chief Accounting Officer of Cunningham Lindsey from September 2013 until March 2015. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Kforce from February 2009 until September 2013 and as the SEC Reporting Director from September 2007 to February 2009. Prior to joining Kforce, Mr. Hackman was an Audit Senior Manager with Grant Thornton LLP and began his professional career with Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Hackman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Florida and stays actively involved in various capacities post-graduation. He is a CPA in the State of Florida.
Senior Vice President, Leadership Development
Donald Harvey serves as Kforce's Strategic Accounts President. Mr. Harvey has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and started his own company, Vista Computer Services. In 1998 he joined forces with Kye Mitchell to create VistaRMS, focusing on telecommunications and IT staffing. In February of 2005 Vista RMS was acquired by Kforce. Mr. Harvey joined Kforce as part of the National Accounts Team and since moved into several different roles including Market Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Market President, and now into his current role.
Prior to establishing an entrepreneurial career, Mr. Harvey managed and lead Information Technology organizations in the private sector. He also served in Vietnam as an infantry soldier with the 1st Cavalry Division. He was wounded several times and is the recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. Mr. Harvey graduated from New York City College of Technology.
KGS Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Patrick Moneymaker serves as Kforce Government Solutions Chairman and Executive Officer. Mr. Moneymaker has 14 years in executive leadership positions as a serial CEO. He is responsible for overseeing the profit and loss of each KGS business unit, as well as compliance; client relationships; business strategies; leadership development; and the diverse team of professional associates who serve government, commercial, and healthcare clients worldwide.
Mr. Moneymaker has served as CEO of Proxy Aviation. Prior to Proxy Aviation, he served as CEO of Kforce Government Holdings, Inc., and CEO of Ocean Systems Engineering Corp. (OSEC). From 1968-1998, he was a highly decorated United States Navy Officer, ultimately achieving the rank of Rear Admiral before leaving active duty in October, 1998.
