If you are eligible for paid time off (PTO), the amount of time awarded is based on the number of years you have worked for Kforce. For more information, refer to the following accrual rates and program details.

For California employees, you can carry over no more than two times your annual PTO eligibility to the next calendar year. For example, if you are eligible to earn 25 days per year, the cap is 50 days. Once this cap is reached, no further PTO will accrue until PTO is used. When PTO is used, accrual begins again. However, the accrual of PTO is not retroactive for the period of time the accrued time remains at the cap.
For Exempt employees, Salary Plus ensures you are compensated for 40 hours or more in the same week. However, if PTO, vacation, or holiday hours are applied to the same week, those hours are not compensated.
