Correcting a Timecard

If a timecard is eligible for corrections, a Correct link appears on the same row as the time period for that timecard. If you do not see the link, you cannot make changes to the timecard.

note.gif  You are allotted one correction to a timecard for a specific pay week. If you need to make an additional correction after that, you must contact the Kforce Corporate Help Desk for assistance.

To correct a timecard:

1)      Click the Timecard History tab to open this page.

2)      Click the Correct  link on the row for the appropriate pay period. The original timecard opens for you to update.

 You cannot modify the client or week ending date.

3)      Correct the entries as needed.

4)      Click the Continue button.

5)      Follow the steps to submit your expenses for electronic or manual approval.

 Once you make a correction for this pay week, you will no longer see the link to correct it.
