Submitting Your Timecard for Electronic Approval

Once you have entered your hours, units, and/or expenses, and clicked the Continue button from the Timecard page, you are ready to submit your time for electronic or manual approval.

note.gif  Your client determines whether to approve your timecard electronically or manually.

To submit for KPAY electronic approval:

1)      From the Review and Submit page of the Wizard, verify the client information and the week ending date is accurate.

2)      Verify your payroll entries are correct.    

note.gif  If necessary, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Back button to make any corrections.

3)      Review the affidavit, and then click I agree to the above statement(s) to certify your entries are correct.

note.gif  The affidavit is a legal requirement; read carefully. If you do not accept the terms, your timecard will not be submitted.

4)      Click the Submit button to submit the timecard for approval.

5)      View that your timecard has been submitted successfully from the Finished page of the Wizard.

note.gif  This page states the timecard was submitted successfully. You can also see it will be approved electronically. Do not fax your timecard unless your manager is unavailable to approve it electronically.
