Submitting Your Expense Receipts

After you have entered and submitted your expenses for electronic or manual approval, you must follow the steps below to submit your expense receipts.

note.gif  Regardless of whether your time is approved electronically, if you submitted expenses, you must fax the printed receipts page with the receipts attached in order to be reimbursed.  

To submit expense receipts:

1)      From the bottom of the Timecards page, click the Receipts button to print a page to attach your receipts.

2)     Attach your receipts to the printed page anywhere under the header information.

note.gif  Do not cover the Timecard Barcode at the top of the page. This code links your timecard to your employee ID and the submittal week ending date.

3)     Fax the receipts page to the number on your timecard.
