Kforce Employee Spotlight: Paige Coyne
In this week’s Employee Spotlight, we had the opportunity to talk to one of our top performers, Paige Coyne, about her experience at Kforce and what it means to be recognized firm-wide.
You recently earned firm-wide recognition for your hard work and success at Kforce. Congratulations! What does this mean to you?
Personally, it’s very rewarding to be recognized by our entire firm and among my peers. Being included with the most elite performers at Kforce is an honor for me. The program is competitive and gives employees something to reach for. It’s something to look forward to. Since the rankings are tiered by your level of experience, it makes it enjoyable to compete with peers at your own professional level.
In just two short years with the Firm, you have already been recognized as a Top Performer at Kforce. What motivates you to succeed at work?
Recently, I was promoted to Market Manager and had the privilege of helping one of my team members close his first deal. I called my director on the way home and told her that it was the best day of work I had ever had. The feeling of helping someone succeed by using the lessons that you have learned is priceless. You couldn’t wipe the smile off my face that day.
What are some of the most valuable lessons you’ve learned during your time at Kforce? Do you have advice that you’d like to give to people looking to enter the recruiting industry?
Give it time. This job is a marathon and not a sprint. When I started, they told me that the first year or two can be the most difficult but with hard work and persistence, it will pay off. It makes me very excited to think about where I will be in another two years!
If you had to pick one thing, what is your favorite part about working at Kforce?
Hands down, the people. I love coming to work every day and seeing my team. Everyone says that we are a “Kforce Family,” and I truly feel like my coworkers are my family. We lift each other up and celebrate our accomplishments on the good days.
