As an Enrollment Operations Specialist, you'll support Medicare enrollment processing by reviewing documentation, entering and validating data, and ensuring strict compliance with federal Medicare guidelines. The work is highly process-focused and accuracy-driven. While this is not a call-center role, occasional outbound member calls may be required as part of the enrollment process.

Requirements

Must live within 2 hours of San Diego (Ideal: San Diego County)
Must reside within the United States and meet secure internet requirements
Online 60-minute assessment prior to submittal
Training & Work Model
Initial Training: Onsite in San Diego (Rio San Diego area) full time for 6-8 weeks
Post-Training: Eligibility for remote work based on performance
