Marty Pappas is a dynamic user experience design leader with 22 years of experience creating brands, delivering intuitive customer experiences, and building high-performance creative teams.
He has done work at AT&T, General Electric, IBM, Microsoft, and Nintendo. Marty is passionate about translating complex business requirements into optimal customer experiences. He has strengths directing creative consulting services for clients ranging from startups to fortune 50 companies, planning and executing multi-tiered project plans, and strengthening business vision through strategy and partnerships with key stakeholders and executive management.
As a Director of Digital Service Delivery, Marty leads the digital design and user experience engagement management & business development activities at Kforce’s strategic accounts.
