Allegis Global Solutions awards Kforce for the seventh consecutive year
Tampa, FL – March 31, 2020 - Kforce has been identified as a 2020 Strategic Partner by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for demonstrating superior levels of program delivery and partnership to both AGS and its clients. Kforce has been named to this annual list since 2014, and the suppliers in the Strategic Partner Program represent over $2 billion of spend under management and 22,000 average active assignments.

To identify Strategic Partners, AGS extracted data from its proprietary business intelligence tool to analyze supplier performance metrics and conducted an enterprise wide survey to obtain ratings from operations leaders and supply chain consultants.
Partners in the program are rated on three key criteria:
- Impact: Measured by a supplier’s response rate to distributed requisitions, starts and total assignments
- Performance: Measured by successful placements (quality of hire) and bill rate management compliance
- Partnership: Measured by supplier ratings provided by internal AGS teams, specifically focused on the ease of doing business with suppliers and their overall partnership to AGS
