November 18, 2020 – Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) announced today that Kforce Chief Operations Officer, Kye Mitchell, has been named to its Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. This list celebrates the most impactful and powerful women in the industry. Now five years since the list first launched, SIA’s goal remains the same: to see more women earning seats at the table. This is Mitchell’s third consecutive year being named.

Meet Kye Mitchell
Kye Mitchell is Kforce’s Chief Operations Officer, responsible for $1.3 billion in annual revenue. She leads from the front and engages employees at every level to ensure successful results, which include winning Clearly Rated’s Best of Staffing this year in both the client and talent satisfaction categories, growing technology flex revenue 10% year over year in 2018. Mitchell assumed a change-agent role when the company shifted strategy in 2017, and Kforce continues to gain traction through managed teams and solutions. Kye is an active member of the Tampa Bay community and gives back in many ways. This year, she was Chairwoman of the 2020 Tampa Bay Heart Walk for the American Heart Association. Kye and her team raised over $300,000 in donations for the cause.
