The solutions firm was named a 2022 Top Workplaces USA, meriting awards in seven focus area
TAMPA, FL (November 2022) — Kforce’s people-centered culture once again received national recognition, earning Top Workplaces USA 2022 awards for innovation, work-life flexibility and five other areas of excellence.
Kforce was also named an overall Top Workplaces USA for the second consecutive year. The recognitions came as the firm reimagined how and where work is done in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The solutions firm, which specializes in technology and other professional staffing services, deepened its connection with its employees over the past several years. Investments in engagement tools and ongoing pulse surveys kept the firm united amid changing times. And an award-winning recognition team ensured employee appreciation and engagement stayed a priority.
Leadership listened to employee feedback to shape its technology-enabled hybrid work model, called office occasional. In 2022, the company kept innovation at the forefront, deploying new technologies and leveraging Microsoft’s dynamic ecosystem to strengthen connections in an increasingly dispersed world. The firm also rolled out several key employee-based initiatives, such as listening sessions, stay interviews, a DE&I Council, affinity groups and additional leadership development courses.
In addition to the overall company recognition, the solutions firm earned seven Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards celebrating specific focus areas. All awards were based solely on employee feedback gathered from more than 27 million employees at 70,000 organizations, according to Energage, the research company behind the program.
Kforce was honored as a national leader in innovation, employee appreciation, work-life flexibility, employee well-being, professional development, leadership and purpose and values.
Top Workplaces awards are based on a research-backed, 24-item employee engagement survey. Earning the national recognition is “a sign of resiliency and impressive performance,” according to Energage CEO Eric Rubino.
