97 percent of clients say the firm submits qualified candidates who meet their expectations

Tampa, FL— June 17, 2019 – Kforce has been rated as providing top-notch service based on client survey responses through ClearlyRated’s Net Promoter® Score (NPS®). With a staffing industry average client NPS of 11 percent, Kforce’s client NPS is considered world class for exceeding 70 percent.

They do not just fill a position with a person but provide candidates that will become valued team members.”

The firm calculates its NPS in biannual surveys where the client is asked to rate how likely they are to recommend Kforce to a friend or colleague on a scale of 0-10. In addition to an overall NPS rating, survey responses revealed that 98 percent of clients feel Kforce understands their organizational needs. 98 percent say the firm is easy to work with.

As a result, since the implementation of the client NPS program in 2017, satisfaction scores have increased by 27.8 percent. In a recent case study on their partnership with Kforce, ClearlyRated CEO and Founder, Eric Gregg, emphasized the importance of using NPS as an actionable tool to improve customer experience.
