Silver Stevie Winner Recognized in the 17th Annual American Business Awards
Tampa, FL – May 16, 2019 – Andrew Thomas, Kforce Chief Marketing Officer, has been named a Silver Stevie® Award winner for Marketing Executive of the Year in the 17th Annual American Business Awards®. As the premier business awards program in the United States, over 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Kforce, a $1.4 billion professional staffing services and solutions firm, Thomas leads the firm’s marketing, training, employee recognition, human resources and compensation and benefits organizations. The brand refresh initiative, which earned an honorable mention by Ragan’s Employee Communications awards, included the development of a new mission, vision, brand promise and tagline. The rollout, announced via internal webcast, leveraged over 2,300 Kforce employees as brand ambassadors by encouraging them to post the content sent to them in user-friendly templates. This ‘shareable content’ strategy has produced great results, such as a 496% increase of engagement on LinkedIn.
An overarching goal Thomas has for the firm is to earn the best recognition and top reputation in its peer group. Since this effort began, Kforce has been ranked as having the top brand recognition with IT consultants per Staffing Industry Analysts. In addition, Net Promoter Score increases have earned the firm repeat Best of Staffing awards and an increased Glassdoor rating by 43%.
