Kforce Senior Vice President of Delivery Transformation Recognized on SIA's 40 Under 40 List
Tampa, FL – July 24, 2019 – Kforce Senior Vice President of Delivery Transformation, Adam Shad, has been recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 40 Under 40 list, among the industry’s trailblazing leaders. Over the past three years, Shad has led a major digital transformation around talent acquisition. In his current role, he ensures that the entire Kforce recruiting team is primed for success by revolutionizing the way the $1.4 billion company attracts, qualifies and manages talent.
Shad’s efforts have led to the development of innovative new tools including an app-based referral program, KFORCEconnect, which has generated over 2,700 referrals and multiple hires since its launch in March.

Shad assisted in the buildout of the firm’s second national recruiting center in the West, which he grew from nine employees to 65 in one year. His oversight of up to 100 professionals including managers, recruiters and operations associates has been invaluable to the firm. He has shared his experience in the staffing industry and led the charge on adding AI and other capabilities to Kforce’s delivery strategy in publications such as HR Tech Outlook.
