Firm earns Best of Staffing Client Award and Diamond-level Talent Award based on national survey
Tampa, FL - February 4, 2020 - Kforce announced today that it has won Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to its clients and candidates. Participating in ClearlyRated’s Net Promoter® Score (NPS) program since 2015, this is the firm’s fifth consecutive win for talent satisfaction earning its Diamond recognition for consistent excellence.
ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on the NPS provided by their clients and candidates. The firm calculates its NPS through surveys where clients and consultants are asked to rate how likely they are to recommend Kforce to a friend or colleague on a scale of 0-10. Kforce received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 from a vast majority of their placed job candidates.
One consultant responded, "I have been working with Kforce for several years on multiple assignments. Kforce takes exceptional care of their consultants. I always recommend them to others." Satisfied consultants are now able to easily refer their contacts to open positions and get paid for successful hires using the KFORCEconnect app launched by the firm last year.
In 2019, Kforce announced reaching a world class client NPS of over 70%, far exceeding the industry’s average of -2%. Kforce associates use the feedback provided by clients to proactively improve service. As a result, satisfaction scores have increased by 26% since the implementation of the client NPS program in 2017.
